Meet us at SuiteWorld, Las Vegas
Oct 25–28 · Bring your NEXT questions
NetSuite has told you where the platform is going. We get you there.
Ask Oracle that speaks your industry, agents that watch the business and bring a finished recommendation waiting for your yes, and a SuiteCloud framework to build your own. What NetSuite cannot do is decide where it pays first in your account, prove it, make your customizations ready, and stand behind the result. That is Suitefy’s job.
NetSuite is the system of record.
The expensive work still happens around it: saved searches run forty times a day, spreadsheets beside the ledger, approvals that wait on one person, a close that takes a week.
NetSuite Next: a system of action.
Ask Oracle answers in the language of your industry. Agents score churn, defend margin, re-plan a slipped container, draft the timesheet, build the pay app. Every number drills to a record. Every action waits for approval.
Ready, then running.
Your account tested and ready before Next is switched on. The three agents that move your P&L first, built on NetSuite’s own framework with your industry’s rules, in production inside ninety days, measured on a scorecard you sign. Then the next three, funded by the first.

Most AI initiatives begin one step too late. Ours begins with the money. The business problem chooses the technology.
Generic AI reads your data. Suitefy adds the part that knows your industry.
Ask Oracle and NetSuite Next agents know what a journal entry is. They don’t know your industry’s rules, your approvals or your targets. Our industry blueprints are already written: 19–22 redesigned processes per industry, 30–40 named agent designs, authority boundaries, acceptance evidence and a first-ninety-day plan. Your engagement starts from a draft, not a blank page.
- Product companiesPricing update, price-and-margin guard, inventory optimization, supply-impact re-planning

NetSuite-shipped agents we configure, test and govern; the rest we build as SuiteAgents.
Quick Actions
Aeon Systems’ sales increased 14% to $9.35M this quarter, but profit per order declined from $18.40 to $14.90. From your data:
- Cost of goods per order: $41.20 → $42.10 (+2.2%)
- Discounts: 6.1% → 7.4% of sales
- Operating expenses: up 9% from last quarter
- Lowest-margin category: Home Accessories (8.3%)
I can see Aeon Systems’ numbers, but I don’t have its industry context, so I can’t determine which factors typically drive this in your industry.
Sales increased 14% to $9.35M, but contribution margin per order declined $3.50 (from $18.40 to $14.90). In the Retail & DTC industry, the main drivers are post-sale and fulfillment costs:
| Driver | Change | Impact per order |
|---|---|---|
| Returns | 11% → 16% | −$1.60 |
| Marketplace fees | 28% → 39% of orders | −$0.90 |
| Shipping costs | $6.20 → $6.90 | −$0.70 |
| Discounts | 6.1% → 7.4% | −$0.30 |
Biggest driver: Returns at 16% are well above your 12% target, mostly from marketplace orders.

Why Suitefy, and not a strategy firm, a vendor, or your own IT team.
We only do NetSuite, and we have done it for two decades.
100+ implementations, customizations, integrations and managed-service accounts across distribution, manufacturing, consumer goods, food and beverage, software, services and financial services. Teams in Wilmington, Hyderabad, Sydney and Abu Dhabi: work moves around the clock.
The industry blueprints are already written.
Process-level transformation blueprints for five industries: 19–22 redesigned processes each, 30–40 named agent designs, authority boundaries, acceptance evidence, a first-ninety-day plan.
We test NetSuite Next the way it will actually be used.
Role by role, with your forms, data, SuiteApps and integrations, against a field guide of known issue patterns: access and recovery, restricted-data control, financial accuracy, process completion. An admin demo is not readiness. We re-run the suite every release.
We build agents on NetSuite’s own rails.
SuiteAgents in the SuiteCloud Development Framework, invoked from Ask Oracle. AI Connector Service and MCP for governed outside assistants. The Suitefy AI Assistant for finance. Native where NetSuite ships it; Suitefy-built where it does not yet, or where your rules differ.
Agents prepare. People approve.
Evidence travels with every action. Narrow permissions, human approval on anything that posts, shadow mode before autonomy, system notes on every change, rollback on every release.
We put our fee behind the number.
Targets baselined in your account before any build. Quarterly scorecard. For qualified engagements, a share of our fee at risk on the outcome.
Faster. Lower risk. Lower cost.
- Blueprint in hand on day one: processes, agents, metrics already designed for your industry.
- Diagnostic in three weeks. First agent in sandbox by week six. First measured outcome inside ninety days.
- Read-only NEXT Ready Scan before anything changes.
- Role-based regression suite on your real forms, data and integrations; re-run every release.
- Narrow toolsets, human approval on anything that posts, shadow mode before autonomy.
- Native first: what NetSuite Next already provides is configured, not rebuilt and re-billed.
- Your own AI units and LLM account, with a cap you set and a monthly report.
- Self-funding: each stage pays for the next. Agents that stop paying are retired.

For qualified accounts that book a diagnostic at SuiteWorld: one scoped agent (expense-report reviewer, AP exception router, collections prioritizer, or one from your industry blueprint) built and tested in your sandbox at no charge. One agent, one role, one process. You see it working before you spend.

For Stage 3 engagements, a portion of Suitefy’s fee is tied to the KPIs we baseline together. If the agent does not move the number, we are not paid in full.

Questions we are asked most often.
Do we need NetSuite Next before we can use AI in NetSuite?
No. Many high-value NetSuite AI use cases work on your current account through SuiteScript, the NetSuite AI Connector Service, or the Suitefy AI Assistant. NetSuite Next and Ask Oracle add native capabilities, and the diagnostic tells you which path fits each opportunity.
Will NetSuite Next affect our customizations?
NetSuite states customizations are retained. Behaviour under the new experience can still change. We scan read-only and regression-test so any impact is found in sandbox, not by your users.
Isn’t Ask Oracle enough on its own?
Ask Oracle is powerful when your data, roles and processes are clean and well structured. Its answers are only as good as the NetSuite underneath it. We assess that foundation, fix what blocks value, and fill gaps native AI doesn’t cover.
Do you sell a particular AI platform?
No. The recommendation may be native NetSuite AI such as Ask Oracle, the Suitefy AI Assistant, a custom agent, a process change, or no AI at all. The business problem chooses the technology.
Is our data safe?
Every system respects NetSuite role permissions, approvals and audit trails. Scans are read-only. Your data is never used to train public models.
What does accountable for outcomes mean?
Targets are agreed and baselined before any build, reported quarterly, and for qualified engagements a portion of fees is linked to them.
We are a NetSuite partner. Can you work behind our brand?
Yes. Suitefy delivers NetSuite AI assessments, builds and NetSuite Next readiness work white-label for NetSuite partners, so you can offer AI to your clients without building the bench.
What if AI is not the answer?
Then we say so. Often the best return is a workflow change or a feature you already own. We do not manufacture a project where none is needed.
The advantage does not go to whoever adopts AI first. It goes to whoever adopts it well, and has someone to carry it.
Before you approve the pilot, sign with the vendor or switch on NetSuite Next, bring us the problem. We will tell you what it is worth and whether it belongs in your budget this year.
Agents named here are NetSuite-announced roadmap items or Suitefy-proposed designs; availability varies by account, release and region and is confirmed in the diagnostic.
